The Japanese merchandising company MOVIC is currently taking orders for a cushion of the 2nd penguin character from the Mawaru Penguindrum television anime series. The cushion will be released on October 13, and costs 3,675 yen (about US$46.50). The cushion is 45 centimeters (17.7 inches) tall and is made of cloth. The website is also offering pins of each of the three penguin characters. The pins cost 473 yen (US$6.00) each and will be released on August 4.

Mawaru Penguindrum is the latest anime from director Kunihiko Ikuhara (Revolutionary Girl Utena, several Sailor Moon television series). The show revolves around three siblings — Kanba (Subaru Kimura), Shōma (Ryōhei Kimura), and Himari Takakura (Miho Arakawa). Otome Yōkai Zakuro manga creator Lily Hoshino is handling the original character designs. The 24-episode anime premiered on July 7.
