The official YouTube channel for the anime adaptation of Kairi Shimotsuki's Brave10 manga began streaming a 95-second promotional video on Tuesday. Unlike the first promotional video, this new one contains actual animated footage.

The video highlights the eight main characters and lists their voice cast:

[Historical Japanese names are listed family name first, while modern names are listed family name last.]

Even though some of the anime cast are also on the earlier drama CD cast, they have different roles. The series will premiere next January.

The story reimagines the legendary adventures of the 10 brave warriors assembled by the warlord Sanada Yukimura in the year 1600, in the middle of Japan's tumultuous Sengoku (Warring States) era.

Shimotsuki launched the Brave10 S (Spiral) continuation of her original Brave10 manga in the first issue of Monthly Comic Gene in June. Tokyopop acquired Shimotsuki's first Brave10 manga series, but did not publish the manga before closing its North American publishing division in May. Tokyopop did publish her Madness manga in North America. Shimotsuki also launched her adaptation of Hideyuki Kikuchi's Makai Ishi Mephisto novel series in Monthly Comic Gene this past summer.
