Madman Begins 'Top 20 Anime of All Time' Countdown

Results of Madman's poll will be posted daily, with Elfen Lied in 20th place, Astro Boy in 19th and Ghost in the Shell at 18th.
Madman Entertainment has begun posting its list of 'Top 20 Anime of All Time' poll as voted by viewers through Facebook, with the horror series Elfen Lied at #20. Further reveals will be posted on the website daily.
The poll ran over the course of March and specified that the 'passion' of discussion surrounding titles would be taken into account, as well as number of comments.
Spot prizes were awarded to voters' comments during the poll and at the end of the countdown, a grand prize winner will receive all 20 titles. Madman will continue to reward spot prizes for notable comments during the reveal.
