Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice Gets April 2 DVD Release

Warner Home Video, the distribution company for Viz Media, revealed in a newsletter on Wednesday that the Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem VS. The Sword of Justice (Gekijōban Pocket Monster Best Wishes! Kyurem Vs Seikenshi Keldeo) film will ship on DVD on April 2 for US$19.97. Viz Media or Warner Home Video had not previously noted that the film would be getting a physical release, although the film aired on Cartoon Network and on Canada's YTV channel with an English dub on December 8.
The film celebrating the 15th anniversary of the anime film franchise features the new legendary Pokémon, Keldeo. Kunihiko Yuyama returned to direct the film after directing most of the previous films and The Slayers films.
The film opened in Japan on July 14.
