Sentai Filmworks Confirms Little Busters! BD Release

North American anime licensor Sentai Filmworks confirmed on Thursday that it will release the Little Busters! television anime series on Blu-ray Disc as well as on DVD. The company had previously announced that the series would be released on DVD. Sentai Filmworks plans to release Little Busters! on home video in November.
Sentai Filmworks had announced its license of the show in January. The 26-episode series is an adaptation of Key's original romance adventure game that was released for PCs in 2007.
Yoshiki Yamakawa (Baby, Please Kill Me!, Hatsukoi Limited) directed the series at J.C. Staff. Michiru Shimada (Jewelpet Twinkle, Shugo Chara!) handled the scripts, and Haruko Iizuka (Inu X Boku Secret Service, Ōkami-san & Her Seven Companions) handled the character design.
The show premiered in Japan last October, and Crunchyroll began streaming the series in January.
