Bandai Namco Entertainment America announced on Monday that it plans to release Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in the Americas on February 2, 2016.
The PS4 version will have a physical release, while the PS Vita version will be digital-only. Players who pre-order the PS4 version will receive download codes for black color variant Agumon and Gabumon, a "Taichi Yagami" costume set for Agumon, a male and female "hero" costume set for Agumon, a "useful item set," and two Digimon that are exclusive to the western release: "Beezlebumon" (Beelzebumon) Blast Mode and Cherubimon.
Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth's story follows either a female or male protagonist, depending on the player's choice. When strange phenomena begin occurring, the protagonist becomes a "Cyber Sleuth," and searches for the truth behind the mysteries along with his or her Digimon and their other human allies, Arata Sanada and Nokia Shiromine. Bandai Namco Entertainment America will release the game in North and South America in 2016.
Bandai Namco Games originally released the game on PS Vita in Japan in March.
