Robert Axelrod Joins Con-X-Treme 2008 as Special Guest
Castro Valley, CA. Robert Axelrod was announced today as a special guest for Con-X-Treme 2008.
Mr. Axelrod has appeared in a variety of television and movie roles; from "The Blob" to "Star Trek Voyager", much of his work being in the animation area as a voice actor. The animation fan community has heard his voice in such anime titles as: Robotech", "Akira", "The Big O" and "Cowboy Bebop". Fans remember Mr. Axelrod best as the voice of the terrible Lord Zedd from "The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers".
Mr. Axelrod comes to the convention this year with great enthusiasm and looks forward to "connecting with the fans of both yesterday and today", he explained. "So many fans are so excited about the voice of Lord Zedd, it's nice to give them the voice while letting them connect to the actor". Mr. Axelrod will be featured in a number of panel discussions where he will share his experiences during and after his life as Lord Zedd.
