well.. this one is my favourite.. :) not the best i've ever seen but certainly my favourite.. with Thoru representing a perfectly(almost) unselfish person & the Sohma family bearing a great curse, trying to live on.. this anime owns.. fun/hate/love/friendship all together made me put myself into the story.. after wtching Thoru wanting to made brothers get along or a girl to forgive herself.. somethin moved in me.. this anime will make u feel for others & also make u feel better(somehow). even the violence here is made violentless :D (never thought' i'll say somethin like this :)).. i shed many tears while watching this, & i smiled a lot too i could hardly wait to run another episode (it took 2-5 seconds to change them)... |

remember... when i was commenting Fruits basket.. i said it was not the best.. but my favourite.. well.. this isnt my favourite.. but certainly the best i've ever seen.. if u havent yet, dont hesitate.. go get it.. such a young kids, trying to live on their own... becouse of ww2 (world war 2).. it's just so unfair.. such innocent poeple.. such a sad story.. great emotions unleashed.. if there would be a responsible character.. you'd hate him/her i felt bad myself.. for not beeing able to help.. |

ahh hinata inn... what a place.. but to the point.. it's quite amusing.. the characters get older, more mature.. they change during the serie, but their main character lines are allways the same.. (like this: Urashima is a lame duck.. doesnt matter how hard he tries.. he's like this all the time) but the way he thinks changes, similar.. every character changes.. in some way.. this is what i like about it... what i didnt like much were those annoying senseless "action/mecha-estravagant" parts... it would be OK if there were some... but that many of them was just annoying |

well i rated it a masterpiece.. there is no sci-fi or fantasy there(nothing supernatural), that's what i apretiate a lot.. in case like this.. it's like about real people, real problems and real life (of course there is an unusual plot, compared to real world but it can happen). it's a well made anime with great music, sounds & visuals.. as i watched this i became to feel with the characters.. their sadness, pain.. relief..
this anime is not one of those u start to watch over and over again, but it realy absorbs one.. noone should miss it.. it realy is worth seeing..
it's kind of anime i haven't seen before (well except Grave of the fireflies, which reminds me a bit to this.. a smal bit.. realy smal :))
therefore.. if any of you read this, i'd be happy if you could recommend somthing like this one (no need to be a romance or any specific genre, just something more mature, something serious(even if made like a comedy) if you've seen this, i am sure you know what i mean) |

what to say.. i've seen seen the X(Tv) earlier than the X(movie).. the movie doesnt reach the the level of (Tv) by far... it's terrible not only becouse the english dub.. maybe if i havent seen the serie, i would give it higher rating.. who knows.. my recomendation: if u have seen the X(Tv) do NOT try to watch this.. if u havent, only on your own risk... // i was realy disappointed |
