Rurouni Kenshin Manga Question

Hi Im new, so I am sorry if this question has been asked before.

First is the Rurouni Kenshin manga's going to be released in the US? I've read yes, no, maybe. Is it a strong perhaps?

Also Amazon advertises under books Rurouni Kenshin NB VOl. 1-6 but there any information about them. Are they the first six volumes of the manga?

Kenshin has been licensed by viz. The debate is if there going to put it in shonen jump or straight to GN format. Out in november or dec.
