I'm sure it'll come to New York, and I go up there once a month. I'll try to catch at least one of them.

Theoretically, with 18 theaters in 8 countries, there'd be 2 in each country, plus 2 extra. However, given the size of some of the countries, they likely would only have one theater, freeing up larger countries (like the US) to get more.

My guess would be definitely California (probably LA) and New York (NYC) as our first two. If we get more, I'd guess the third would be either Seattle (large Asian population and large International Film Festival, and we even scored no-American-release Ghibli films this year), or Chicago (who is central, and I believe also has a large International Film Festival). Fourth would be the other.

I doubt we'd get a fifth theater, but something in the Southeast might be possible if we did.

They could be even crueler, and mean Garapan and Hagatna (on the islands of Saipan and Guam, respectively).

SF will get a lock for sure.

I just hope East coast gets at least some love.

I can't agree. Some countries will only get one like Hong Kong and Taiwan. HK is not even a country, just a city.

NYC is not a lock. SF and LA are a lock. Anime films will always have more showing in the WC than the EC. Chicago has no chance.
hawaii(any City), NYC, Seattle may have a chance.

I would like to see these movies. I've already had a chance to see at least 4 of the TV series but I know I need to see more to truly appreciate the series.

+1!!

I'm about 3 1/2 hours from Chicago and about 2 1/2 hours from STL so I would go to either!

Can you guess where I'm from?

So no UK release?

Okay, thanks.

Our manga and anime industry is a complete joke here.
