How long does it take to get a manga into the encyclopedia?

I was reading Demon Diary which I got from my school library and on Friday or Saturday I requested it for the encyclopedia so I was wondering how long it usually takes for them to get my request and put it in?

And, it usually takes months (at best).

They usually seem to have series well-before they get licensed in English...I've never found any "manga" that wasn't there, though there are a few OEL that aren't.
