I reccomend this manga. And i guess so the mods don't go crazy and be all like "D0N'7 P057 0N3 S3N73NC3!" i'll put the summary which i got from this site.
Ikuhara Takeya is a normal student attending a high school where his friends are obsessed over the alien creatures, DearS. The DearS are used as slaves and consider themselves nothing more. One day when Takeya is walking, he finds a DearS named Ren on the street. When Ren falls into the middle of the road, with a truck behind, Takeya pushes Ren to the sidewalk. From then on, Ren swore to become Takeya's slave, and the relationship gift soon grows between them. |

Did you bother reading what the mods told you? They didn't get "pissed" because you wrote one sentance, they got pissed because you don't give any reason why you like something. So DearS is great. WHY? A plot summary doesn't count, people want an opinion on why something is great, not a sut and paste description.
As for my opinion, DearS is mediocre at best. The main plot is a direct copy of Chobits with none of the good characters that made that story fairly interesting. The sour-faced main character, the b!tch-next-door who's probobly secretly in love with out hero, the submissive girl who has the body of a porn star and a pedophilic teacher ripped directly from Mahoromatic. Decent writing and good art, but the plot and characters are so bland that the solid production can't save it. |
