Yes, there will be a season two. I think it's coming this fall. This is a completely different project. |

The creators never actually said "season two," just a "sequel." Many people jumped the gun and assumed the creators meant a second season, but they didn't state that. |

Citation needed. Like the other person said--it was always billed as a 'continuation', never a completely new season. Everyone just assumed. This is very likely what they meant. A 2-hour movie is the equivalent of half a season anyway, though, so it's better than nothing. |

Hmm. Now I'm curious if it's as people said, this movie'll be the "continuation" and not a rumored 2nd season. I think I'd be okay with either, so long as the story's quality stays strong, though I admit I was hoping for another 13-episodes to learn more about the other clans and Kings.
 Oh well. Must wait and see.

Not sure why they would do this, guess it sold well. I felt the story was all over the place. It was overall not too bad but not so great either
