Seriously, I don't get why so many people hate Reign! Come on, people, it's by PETER CHUNG! How could anyone possibly hate any work by the same guy behind Aeon Flux?

The reason why I didn't like Reign was the character designs. When I saw it on AS one night one word popped into my head: heroin-chic. Which is also the same reason that I disliked Aeon Flux.

ehh Reign. I didn't like the way they twisted around the Alexander story, and I didn't really like the characters or the animation for the battles they had.
However I did like the backgrounds, and a lot of the cool mechanical design it had, with MASSIVE animals and machines, along with a scene spoiler[When Reign walked into the....little dudes, dog house, which is his home, and it turned into space.] I always liked that. |

I think a better question is "why the love?" Make a case for yourself first, then try asking why everyone hates it  .
