Will this do?

Places a monkey on population_tire's back. The monkey's name is Pat.

On a serious note, I feel really embarrassed to say this, but I pretty much just noticed this forum had been added yesterday. Embarassed I'd wondered if we might see a section open up for light novels since they've started being licensed left and right all of the sudden. (Does anyone know why? Is it just that they are much cheaper than regular manga/anime or is there something else driving this?)

When are we likely to see a dedicated Encyclopedia section?

It's up to Dan to elaborate, but novels will only be allowed into the encyc if they are related to an anime or manga.

I completely forgot this section was here. Must have a blind spot for it. The only light novels I currently have are anime-related, specifically:

however, I also have both volumes of Gemini Knives, which are also by gímik:

and I'm curious as to whether this would be elligible. It isn't directly related to an anime (they may be peripherally related to Kiddy Grade as the dating scheme is the same, but I've been unable to prove this as I cannot read most of it) but it has the same basic working arrangement as all their anime - the author is Hidefumi Kimura and the illustrations are by Keiji Gotoh with character designs by Megumi Kadonosono.

Hi! Glad to be a part of this forum! Let me know please, do you know if there's a novel on which Oban Racers is based on? Or a similar novel as well? I'll be really glad to read it, as usually a book is better than any movie based on it, right?
Actually the movie helped me to create some of my characters in a book of mine, that's why I would really like to know more... Best wishes to all anime fans! Japanesse cartoons are not like any other, their heroes are not just good and evil, they combine both... Guess most of Japanesse novels are the same? I haven't read many, here in Bulgaria I couldn't find them easy, but using Internet I will I hope!
