anyone know when Viz's vol. 1 is coming out next year?

Well the U.S. Jump is going to do a preview of the first chapter in next month's issue, that I know for sure, but I'm guessing, based on that fact, that it'll be sometime early, like January or February. I thought it'd be next month though, since Viz usually releases the first volume of a SJ series right after it previews in the Jump?

It will be out starting in September of 2008. I'm hoping they will pick up the rest of the Raijin series, including Bow Wow Wata & Baki the Grappler.

I owned the first 5 volume of Slam Dunk By Gutsoon, maybe I'll get a chance to finish this. I already seen the anime but the manga is a lot better for some reason. |
