Celenike's shown up in other PVs before. I believe she was in the first PV smirking alongside the rest of the Yggdmillenia Masters.

In Japan, and they basically do this for all the series they air in Japan, but only in Japan. On the plus side, they often have an English subtitle option (I know Kuromukuro did), so for English speakers who use Netflix in Japan, or who can figure out how to use a VPN to get access to it, it's very helpful.
The rest of us have to wait. :/
