Super Hyped to see this on da big screen! Last anime film I saw dubbed at the cinema was Film Gold. I am not done with the Ant Arc yet so hopefully this movie does not spoil too much. Love the HxH dub cast tho. They are so passionate and add so much to their respective characters.

The movie takes place near the very start of the Chimera Ant arc, spoiler[during the time when Gon and Killua are adventuring with Kite.] If you've gotten past that point, you're fine.

HYPED THAT THERE'S FINALLY A DATE!
... I just wish I could actually buy tickets. I go to the website to do so, but there's no theater list or anything. Not even the correct dates are showing (they only show up to January 15th, not January 30th). So it's rather frustrating that they saying "you can buy tickets now!" but then turns out that you actually can't. x.x
(At least at the time of this post... hopefully it'll be fixed soon enough.)

That's awesome by me, since I'm watching as it airs on Toonami, and we're well into the Chimera Ant arc now. So I'm glad that there won't be any real spoilers for the movie for the anime. spoiler[Although, not going to lie, if we see Kite in the movie, I may cry a bit because I'm still heartbroken over him.]

I really enjoy HxH but I have to ask, is this movie worth checking out?

I would say so, the other film wasn't all that good, but this has a decent story and some really good fights. It also lets you get some screen time with characters you may not have seen for awhile.

This film was way better than that weird puppet one. If you're a fan of HxH I'd say it's worth seeing in a theatre if one is near you.
