Never heard of this, but sounds like something I'd enjoy. Thanks for calling attention to it Smile

Compared to the last time someone tried doing a full on album video (Daft Punk?) this is a lot more chaotic and looser in its storytelling format with a much looser vision owing to different directors.

Lot of fun though.

Wound up buying the album halfway through the film, and have listened to it like 20 times already. I'm glad Sound & Fury is finally making its rounds within the mainstream anime review realm, as it's 40 minutes of hardcore badassery that no one should dare miss. Here's hoping more bands do the same in the future. Still itching for The Decemberists to make a film based on The Hazards of Love, and this would be the perfect avenue for it.

I never thought I'd read about Sturgill Simpson on ANN Laughing his music's great! I'm Texan, and not a fan of country music, but something about his bluesy, realistic music does it for me.

Simpson made a better Black Keys album this year than the Black Keys themselves. That in itself is a big accomplishment Smile
