Better quality than last season in terms of animation, but still not as good as the A-1 Pictures seasons.

There’s no way they are releasing both cours at that time. I have a feeling it’s only the first cour or this season.

Netflix putting up both cours 1 week after Japan finishes the final episode is possible. It's entirely possible that TV Tokyo gave the episodes to BangZoom! way in advance before Japan airs them. So it looks like Netflix won't be using the Blu-ray version this time.
