I just checked Amazon, and they're showing a Kindle edition coming on 29 November from Yen. If I remember the last time, they had a significant delay between the digital and print releases, so probably next year before we see a physical version.

Figured this would be the case. Glad to see it! 
Personally I will be waiting to pick up the eventual physical edition (hopefully they'll do a hardcover again)!
