The premise actually looks different than other isekais if the trailer is any indicator. The main characters are brothers, plump MC, no OP-ness, and no romantic interest let alone a harem in sight. Just a cute slice of life if judging only from this trailer. I wonder if the story will follow the characters until they grow up, but then the title will be less accurate if the brother is no longer a baby.

It looks like a cute and heartwarming show!
Also Aki Toyosaki sounds like she's doing her best Nana Mizuki impression.
