No? As of chapter 114 Hiura still identifies as a man Last I heard of the controversy was Banjo Azusa, the author, made to post promote the new English translation back when the censorship happened and directly assured fans it was accurate this time and denounced the old release and what Seven Seas did.
I do wish they'd change the English title though. It was obviously made to go along with Seven Sea's push to change the series and gives a false impression Hiura is "turned" into a girl. The original title of "How to Make a """Girl""" to Fall In Love" has no connotations of anyone turning.

Read some of this one, it's cute! It'll be nice to have more BL anime, and given the pretty artstyle and focus on Hiura's makeover, I do hope it gets a high-budget adaptation closer to Nakamura than Bean Counter.

I personally feel like it's more focused on the romantic elements (even though the actual getting together takes a while), as well as Hiura gaining confidence and coming into his own after the makeover.

Best way to handle any series IMO. Just discuss it with your fans rather than the 'fandom' on social media who on average are not worth the pain. I muted so many words from my X feed and it's infinitely better as a result when you don't have to engage with anyone who uses certain terms and words all the time.
