About seven or eight years ago, my dad saw three anime films on at about two o'clock in the morning. He said all he remembers is that they were really, really weird and that they were possibly set quite a long time ago, because of the style of the cars.
Does anyone have any idea what these films could be because I really want to see them. Any help will be appreciated Razz

He also said that they probably had an R or 18 certificate, if they were rated.

Sorry to be rude but it might be easier to identify if you gave a little more details. But since your dad can't remember anything else, I guess you really can't give more details, now can you? Wink

It could of been three Urotsukidoji's. I heard that one of them had flash back scenes involving Hitler, which would explain the cars, which may have been from the 1940s.

That may or may not help. I've noticed on several occasions that video stores have a nasty habit of putting an 18+ rating (or placing in the adult section) on any anime of any sort. (Including DBZ and Tenchi. Most definitely not adults only.) If the tags were correct, then it very well may have been Urotsukidoji. (I'm fairly certain about the flashback you mentioned.)
