Wow, my 1st post is the 1st post.
Say what you want about Bandai Visual and how their pricing schemes did not work for the U.S. market, at least they were attempting to bring over R2 quality dvd's to the R1 market. That being said, hopefully Bandai Ent. will take Bandai Visual's catalog, including upcoming releases (Sola, True Tears, the rest of Haruka, etc.), and apply a more realistic pricing structure to them. Through a little smart shopping I was able to pick up all the volumes of G.A. Rune at more market-realistic prices. My sense of humor might not be on track with the rest of the 'verse but I liked the shows and thought they were pretty darn funny. The extras on the dvd's were nice too. (Little live action shorts with the v.a.'s.) |
