So remind me -- did Crunchyroll say they'd be streaming the DVD extra episodes? Because 12.5 came out with this DVD. Or is that being left to another company, one of the licensors?

I believe they said they would stream them when they were released on DVD in Japan. But they completely dropped the ball with extra episodes for Sora no Woto, so it wouldn't be to surprising to see the same happen with Durarara!!.
