I love the poster, I was lucky enough to be able to get tickets for the screening (they ran out in two hours!) and I'm really looking forward to it.
And I wanted to note that the success was such that Aniplex agreed to open up more screenings of the movies, which is awesome. THis is a huge step forward in favor of getting more official anime releases here, and I'm very happy to see it succeed like this |

First screening just happened and it was a success according to the organisers. unfortunately many people were left out as the tickets sold out in hours and they only got another screening for Mexico city.

Well yeah,the tickets sold out in hours because everyone frickin' wanted to watch it. They even got a larger place, so more tickets were sold for the first screening, and there's a second one coming, plus screenings in more cities than originally announced.
There were some organisation issues, but overall it was quite a success, there were a lot of people, and even the merchandise sold out in a flash. And I was really happy that even the regular tickets included a poster, it looks awesome. |
