I there a reason why Media Blasters brought 20 of the 40 episodes of Tweeny Witches TV series over to the United States? And did they followed the script?

Media Blasters released all of the episodes. Each of the DVD episodes is two of the short broadcast episodes grouped together.
Also, this forum is for discussion or questions about Anime News Network's encyclopedia, and isn't the proper place to ask this question.
For something on-topic for this forum, I noticed that the review of the Tweeny Witches OVA is listed on the TV series page, but it should be listed on the page for the OVA.

Oh I get it because I rented it for rent anime and it was a litte confusing when I saw it and I was wondering why so thanks. And I didn't know I ask in the wrong place sorry.

But then so why MB list 12 of the OVA when it ran for 6?
