First, I know there has been a lot of discussion of fansubs and whether it is ethical to watch them. IF the mods feel this post crosses the line then please erase this topic. I just thought sincd Naruto is not licensed then it would be kinda OK...
OK I have this problem. I watched the first episode of Naruto and it rocked! except the show is still going, and in a couple of months I will be reduced to a 56k w/ horrible PC in a country far far away... I won't be able to download it until feb. 2004! Right now Naruto is at ep. 38. I have 2 months from now to keep downloading..So when will it end? anybody knows? episode 52? 100? Secondly, those who watch fansubs here, do you watch it on your computer? I don' like that and I was wondering whether the monster cable computer video to TV or A/V Receiver Using RCA Connection will solve the problem for me or not? Thanks for any help!

Naruto is based on the manga. It will go probably into 200+. It will be licensed by 2004. The manga is now and doing well. Thus I think it is more of an arguement of who will bring it rather than if it will be brought.
I have watched the 37 eps out. You can try and watch it, but it will not be done for a few years I think. |

I think he means the Manga will go to 200+ chapters. It is somewhere around 160 right now I think.
It is quite a good show and pretty darn popular so it is only a matter of time untill it gets pick up for distabution in the US. I say watch the fan subs now and then buy the dvd's when they finally hit our shores. Thats what I plan on doing. |

the Naruto Anime will keep running to people get sick of it just like InuYasha so 200 episodes wouldnt suprise me and at the rate there running thru story arcs compared to the anime I wouldnt doubt that it hits over 100 episodes.

I love Naurto!!! I suggest watching it to anyone who likes action- ninja anime. The first episode doesn't do it justice it keeps getying better and better. And I can't wait for the dvds to make it over here.... why does it seem like all the shows I REALLY want on dvd aren't over here yet *sighs*

I'm gettign seriously sick of Nauto. It's not that I've already read the manga arc the TV series is in the middle of now like ages ago, it's the pacing. Honestly, the last three episodes could have been compressed into 1/2 of one episode.
I just want to watch the Lee/Garaa and Hinata/Neiji fights, skip the rest of the crap until the Sauske/Garaa fight, and then stop watching altogether. |
