All the sudden right at the best part, the start of the dark tournament cartoon network pulls it, what gives? I don't know about you, but this is one very depressed Yu Yu fan, I want to atleast see the last round of the dark tournament in english.

They've run out of new episodes. Deal with it.
I'm sure more will be available for broadcast in the fall. Meanwhile, Cyborg 009 is out and I want to bask in more Ishimori goodness after watching Kikaider. |

Ferquin for one you don't even watch Yu Yu audviously, because they have quite a few more episdoes ready, atleast from where they left off this time. Secondly, I would rather watch reruns of Yu Yu all day than watch Cyborg 009. I am a huge anime fan, but for the life of me I don't understand how you watch crap like that pokemon and yu gi oh, it's japense seaseme street or rugrats. Why don't you act like a big boy and watch some decent adult animation like Kenshin, Hakusho or Ninja scroll, I really find it disgusting that people over the age of 8 are into stuff like that, Geeze.

Buy the YuYu Hakusho DVDs. The Toonami version was too heavily edited. I still cannot understand why CN would show YuYu Hakusho heavily censored on Toonami after having quite a few episodes pretty much uncensored on Adult Swim.

It will be back next Monday. Unfortunately, Kenshin will be back off...(probably so the censors can mutilate more of the series).

Ahahaha! Oh my God, that was hilarious. I love how you assume you know me or something. First of all, I do watch YYH, and the last episode I saw was just after Genkai died and they were about to have the big final round of the Dark Tournament. If you're so hard up for more YYH, go get the DVDs. As Coral says, they're out there and uncut. They're farther along in the series, but not enough to warrant a block of broadcasting on Cartoon Network yet. Like I said, they'll probably play more in the fall or whenever they have enough episodes to air. Second, just because they're children's anime doesn't mean that they're not enjoyable. I enjoy Pokémon because I enjoy the games very much. Therefore, as an extension of the games, I also really enjoy the show because it is highly comedic and entertaining to me. Same for Yu-Gi-Oh, but only for the show. I could care less about the card game or the original manga. Thirdly, I do watch "adult" anime. I've watched Kenshin (all the way through), Ninja Scroll, and many other "mature" anime. My tastes in anime are wide and varied. Audviously... Oops, I mean, obviously, I'm a big anime fan too and know more than you. (See how I'm making large, stupid assumptions as you did.) In conclusion, you really sound like an immature newbie fool. Grow up and realize the error of your previous remarks. |

I was kind of in a hurry before, so it was more representing an idea then I had time to go into detail Ferquin. However, I do stick by my words. Everyone is free to have their own taste, but at the same time I think it's insane that the anime bar has been lowered by such mass media garbadge as Yu- Gi-Oh and Pokemon, and I would like to see more people introduced to some quality anime, instead of this rubbish. As for Ferquin, stop posting and just go play some Pokemon, if you wanna run around like a five year old with your pokemon back pack and sleep with your little pikachu doll then by all means, but don't waste anymore of the peoples time with your negativity.

taloon43, I think you are the one wasting peoples' time. Different people have different tastes and people shouldn't be put down for liking certain types of anime. Yes, Pokemon and Yugioh have been edited, but that doesn't mean adults can't enjoy them too. I found these shows to be enjoyable despite what 4Kids has done to them. However, I do like what I have read of the Yugioh manga (which is what the first Yugioh TV series that didn't show here is based on) better than the second season of the anime (which I heard was weak in areas to begin with). I don't like the stereotypes. Shows should be judged by what you think of them, not what other people think. taloon43, you need to get a life, form your own opinions, and stop bashing the opinions of others. IMO, if you say somthing stinks without seeing it and from only hearing about it from rumors and popular word of mouth, it's not an opinion, but a judgement based on what other people think about something. |

Finally, a Derek Smart to call my own! I choose you! ahem, I can see this one getting banned. Lets just ignore it for the moment. What he said with all that time he had was "I can understand people have taste, but if its not got blood and violence, then I won't tolerate it!" even though that's alteast half the anime that's made well... ever! Oh, and implied violence and themes asied, Kenshin and Hakusho ARE animated series for kids, no matter HOW you look at it. |

Hehe, this kid's not worth my time. Let the idiot think what he wants. This kid is beyong hope. Audviously another sad example of GATSU' thread about what's wrong with fandom these days.
