You know it's the future when they're planning to spend $2million rebuilding a slum tenement for tourists. Bet that estimate will go up due to "unexpected costs" too.

What's the point? It's neither authentic, nor really interesting in itself. I'd be more interested to see someone build the Spencer Villa or maybe that was already done without my knowledge.
