It's a readaptation - it tells the same story as old OVA series but treats original novels as a source materials so it is a new interpretation.

Looks really nice. I was concerned about the animation quality or the direction they were taking it, despite being I.G, but it looks both retro and modern, and high quality, reminiscent of Gundam UC.

Looks like Chinese bootleg anime, honestly. For Production I.G. this is pretty bad, and I have little faith in this turning out any good, unfortunately.

I love this f-ing show gosh I am so high right now I have seen this show like,how many time and it still makes me so  anyway right now I am literally starving for shows like these so sick of the isekai,cgdct and lolis anime that I could scream.I cant wait for this,full metal panic,devils line,Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii etc.Sieg kaiser Reinhard.

Yes! So far this is on track to be amazing. I'm looking forward to watching this revamp of one of my favorites.
