Kana Hanazawa will voice Nanako, there's even a PV of her voicing some lines already.

Well the anime itself was already announced, so what could this be? An air date, perhaps? It would have to be at least Spring 2019.

Unless it's just more cast and crew info.

With the ANN headline of "NEWS: Senryū Shōjo Manga Gets Spring 2019 TV Anime With Kana Hanazawa", I would conclude that 12/12 announcement is about more cast or crew or perhaps the manga is ending in the near future.
