Aoi Yuki's design isn't just a "pretty pink dress", that's her character Cure Grace's outfit from Healin' Good PreCure. The message in her tweet is even Cure Grace's transformation call.

I was about to say, it didn't look like a generic pink dress but actually her Cure Grace outfit.
