This is awesome news! I thought this manga series had already been licensed for physical release years ago and I was just super behind in adding it to my collection. Unless this is just for digital only release, then I guess not as awesome news, but still good it's getting an official English release.
Tanaka-kun is Always Listless is one of my favorite single-cour anime series. Really would like to see more of Tanaka and Ohta in a second season. They had a pretty chill relationship/friendship. Kinda reminds me of a non-superhero version of what Saitama and Genos from One-Punch Man. Wanna see more main protagonists like that in anime and manga.
