Yes he obviously can. The strength of this one is a secondary female character, the climb the ranks noble, as far as the manga goes, I hope ln readers till prove me wrong but the latest manga episodes make it feel like she will get sidelined. . |

But yeah, if anything - it's pretty much what you're expecting and nothing really groundbreaking in terms of story content (it's basically mostly combo of city/state raising like what TenSura was, but without the super overpowered protagonist + war novel) - yet it's somehow got massive popularity in Narou front (currently it holds #13 place over the highest-ranking webnovel out of there, next to Ascendence of a Bookworm WN) and success on the market. |

I noticed that since I checked a rank party,just take a bunch of Isekai tropes at random , even contradicting ones, and hope something comes out. Ofc it has been there for a while z but the contradicting ones in a rank are what made me notice. |
