Never even considered the possibility of a concert. I might buy a ticket if it's in my city, but struggling to think of guaranteed tracks they'd play at a concert.

They probably should have waited until 2026 to air the final season if it's gonna take that long for us to see the "actual" finale, as manga fans keep calling it. Maybe they could have swapped timeslots with Vigilantes S2 next month (especially if it's focusing on characters from regular MHA this season, as the trailer suggests). Or perhaps they could have waited until later in the year. If the anime staff had more time, perhaps we could have gotten another episode or two. Don't get me wrong, the final season was great, but the beauty of an anime adaptation is that you can add to the source material. It sounds like they did a little bit of that, but there were plenty of other opportunities (like showing us those off-screen Tartarus villain fights, checking in with more characters post-war, letting us hear Eri sing while the students reminisce, or spending a bit more time with timeskip glow-ups).

There was another half chapter released after the epilogue, it´s printed in the team-up spinoff, but it will likely be grafted into a 4-minute scene in this one. All non-SD spin-offs, films and so on are canon due to the manga applying the all canon matters approach superhero comics all over the world use. Bones doesn´t need to invent stuff to push out more product.

So we'll have to wait until this bonus episode comes out to know if they'll actually pull the trigger on a My Hero Academia Babies or if Boruto has sufficiently scared them off that lol

According to the article it's based on the bonus chapter which came out not long after the final chapter in the series. It's not an all original episode meant to set up a continuation.

I meant in the sense that they'd wait for the main series to be truly over over (in this case by adapting everything there is to adapt) before making any big announcements on a potential sequel

Surprised it's going to take until May to see the bonus chapter animated, but I waited over a year to read it after the series ended in Jump so I can wait 5 months or so to see the thing animated.

I know that My Hero Academia is still a very popular series, but I can't imagine Bones making a sort of My Hero Academia GT. The series itself already got a new anime spin-off with Vigilantes, don't think they'll make another so soon.

Isn't boruto successful? unfortunately.
The manga is still on-going and it's probably just a matter of time before they bring the anime back.

The unlikeable part of the MHA fanbase its having a meltdown in X.
Their craziness it's actually starting to affect other series, now they are trying to convince everybody that neither Morihito and Nico from Witch Watch nor Taiki and Chinatsu from Blue Box are couples because Deku and Uraraka appear in the lovers' mural next to them in the Jump Festa cinematic.

Kind of odd with the timing. The chapter was already out there, and the final season was the shortest at 11 episodes, so it seems like it could have been worked into it as is.
