I'm getting together my X-mas list (hehe), and was wondering whether I should ask for that or Hellsing. I've never seen WHR, but I've seen half of Hellsing.....Which one???

I've only seen the first five episodes of Witch Hunter Robin, but it's definitely been purchase-worthy so far. As far as Hellsing goes, it's a great series up until the appearance of Incognito, who seriously drags everything down.

Yup IMO Witch Hunter Robin is worth buying.
I'd rather buy the Hellsing manga than the anime.
So go buy it.
NOW.

A worthy series with intelligent development and powerful characterization. Me likes.
Buy it. You know you want to. --Voice in your head.

Witch Hunter Robin, forget thats it's going on Cartoon network, when you want to see WHR you shouldn't have to wait until late at night and a crappy VHS recording does no justice.

Who cares about gore? I'd rather watch an anime with a deep, involving story and an interesting cast.
Not saying Hellsing LACKS those things (well, it lacks everything once Incognito shows up, but that's a given... ), just saying that if you pick your anime by how bloody they are...yeah...seek therapy or grow up or something...

Well, I love Hellsing but it sorta goes downhill halfway, both story and animation wise.
Witch hunter robin was good but with a confusing end. I hate the dub tough, that I agree with.Hey You can ask for hellsing and WHR since theres only one volume out so far...
