The rescheduling of events has its own share of difficulties in finding time that the artists and venues are available.

Yuki Kajiura's fan club, FictionJunction Station moved the dates of events:

Then, when one looks at https://tokyo2020.org/en/schedule/ and discovers that 24th July is the date of the opening ceremony and 4th August is in the thick of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, one wonders about dealing with inflated prices of flights and accommodation (and the heat).
