LOL. Niconico never even put up the videos for Haganai.

I wonder what's happening.

Well when you get like 200-400 views a video, it probably isn't profitable enough to continue.

Hopefully they'll learn to have the videos out in a somewhat timely fashion and better video quality.

Umm, wow…I really hope this is just a temporary snafu, otherwise, trouble in paradise, already? I prefer Niconico, due to their comment system and high-quality streams (new non-loading player notwithstanding), so I hope all of the videos make it back online.

I thought it was strange when Lupin III ~The Woman Called Fujiko Mine~ appeared on FUNImation's website, but not NicoNico. After the the first, portentous fanfare, we haven't heard much about FUNIco and they didn't really land any big fish in the winter season, although there weren't, in fairness, all that many in the water. When one adds this to the pile, it's hard not to suspect that something isn't quite right with NicoNico.

Just thinking about this. Three shows are still up at niconico along with the pre-Funico shows. The rest that were taken down are all licensed by Funimation with home media rights besides a few.

Makes me wonder if Funimation acquired the home media rights for C3, Maken-ki (if it was the case, then I'm already calling a shitstorm here on why the hell Funi licensed that show) and Shana III.

If they really did license Maken-ki, then there is only one picture that needs to be shown as to why Funi licensed it...

Funimation knows how to make money.

I don't think it's that big of a deal, when Funimation licensed stuff that was on Crunchyroll those videos were taken down. Maybe Nico Nico is getting ready to put up new stuff.

The last episode was posted (I watched it there early Tuesday afternoon).

As was also noted earlier in this topic, Haganai (Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai) was never at Nico Nico. It finally appeared as a "coming soon" item weeks ago, but not a single episode was ever posted.

They actually did as I heard (I don't watch the show), but it didn't last a full day.

This is probably a sign things aren't looking too good. They probably are realizing streaming through NicoNico isn't really profitable. There's really low viewership, and the fact that there are no commercials. They really need to add those for the free users, so you know those free views can generate ad revenue.

A quarter to be a premium member for life there isn't really going to do good. It should be like a $5 monthly subscription, or $60 a year at least.

Also when on earth will we ever see Is this a Zombie? Of the Dead, Sankarea, and that one other show (I forgot its name) get simulcasted?

The big issue is that every legit anime streaming service, except Crunchyroll, is horrible.

Why is CR the only one who can do this right? Hell, they make it look easy
