I put Pluto over it. But yes Urasawa needs some kind of international recognition for his genius.

Well Pluto might be earlier the problem is that Monster ended up to be 78 episodes 20th century boys would have to be over a 100 episodes it's still a risk unfortunatly, because it's no moe or fanservice trash or more childlike thing ... by that logic they might as well animate every manga story of Golgo 13 straight away it's just not gonna happen easily.
For example Thermae Romae was a huge succses in manga form but the anime only ended up with 3 episodes it just works that way ...

This makes sense. I'm honestly hoping more for a adaptation for Pluto, that could be paced for 22-26 episodes easily

20th/21st CB would be my choice for an anime series, it being my favorite manga series, but I doubt it would happen. It's been several years and they already did three live-action movies. I think the property is done. If they were going to do a series, they would have done it a while back.
