If the naming scheme holds true from the PSP series it'd likely be "Hatune Miku Project Diva F Extend".

Yeah, but it makes sense. I couldn't even imagine what this contest could've been for, considering there are millions of good artwork of Miku already.

That's what I would guess too, except it says they want the "39/Thank You" motif for the end credits.
(Darn, that means we don't get to play that Shoot the Credits mini-game again?)
