Plot Summary:
A girl who goes by "Blue" has cat ears and a tail and the ability to see ghosts. When two friends get caught up in a mob race to find a missing Sinatra tape that has some evidence on it, Blue uses her catlike abilities and afterlife connections to help out her new friends. The odds are stacked against them but Blue never quits on a job she starts.
