Plot Summary: Kyosuke is a Kempo club memeber, and as the son of a Detective he always tries to do the right thing. One day he saves preety girl Aiko from some bullies, they end up liking each other; later that day she needs rescuing again, but on the process of saving her, a pair of women panties slip up on him giving him the ability of using the 100% potential of his body (pumped up by horniness). Thus the birth of the ultimate hero HENTAI KAMEN.
