Latest 'Which Anime Do You Want To See As Live-Action' Offers Surprising Answers

posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

Manga series are adapted just as much, if not more often, into live-action drama series or films. A recent poll asked fans specifically what manga from Shonen Jump's "Golden Age" they thought would be the most difficult to give the live-action treatment. Dragon Ball was the #1 choice (and correct if we can trust Dragon Ball Z: Evolution as a barometer).

Charapedia asked 10,000 fans which anime they'd most like to see adapted into a live-action series or film. The series might surprise you. Quite a few of the top responses are school and sports dramas instead of fantastical fantasy series.
