New VR Experiences Gets Up Close & Personal with Mr. Osomatsu Bros

The six Matsuno brothers of Mr. Osomatsu are stripping down in a new virtual reality experience at VR Park Tokyo Ikebukuro. Its just one of the attractions opening up at the new arcade. The sextuplets were on hand for the grand opening and to explain the new attraction, where the user gets the luxury of enjoying a dip in the hot springs with the characters. All of the boys are fully voiced by their anime voice actors.
The VR Park Tokyo Ikebukuro arcade is the second VR Park location after the first opened in Shibuya at the end of 2016. The new location offers 11 different VR experiences including the four-player battle game Black Badge and the VR+ series where up to eight players can experience horror and sci-fi situations.
Bandai Namco opened its first virtual reality-focused arcade this summer.
The second season of Mr. Osomatsu premiered on October 5 on TV Tokyo and other stations. Viz Media is streaming the series as it airs in Japan. Since the season premiered, the main characters were hired by the Japanese government to promote the country's 47 prefectures. They have also pushed beauty merchandise and selling out magazines. The characters are currently promoting Ultraman and all 47 Japanese prefectures.
