Voice actor Masakazu Morita revealed on Tuesday that he was hospitalized for anaphylactic shock, but he has recovered and is returning to work on Tuesday. While he cannot detail what happened, he did say that he was in a dire condition "hovering between life and death." However, he assured his followers that he is fine now. It was the first time he was ever hospitalized.
Morita's many roles include Ichigo Kurosaki in Bleach, Tidus in the Final Fantasy X role-playing game, Barnaby Brooks Jr. in Tiger & Bunny, Sengoku Basara's Keiji Maeda, Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter's Pegasus Seiya, and Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny's Auel Neider. He will play a new, original character in next month's Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods (Dragon Ball Z: Kami to Kami) film.
