The Kindaichi Shonen no Jikenbo: Gokumon Juku Satsujin Jiken (Kindaichi Case Files: The Prison Cram School Murder Case) live-action special aired on NTV on Saturday, January 4 at 9:00 p.m. and earned a 9.1% rating.
Additionally, the live-action film adaptation of Mitsurou Kubo's Moteki romantic comedy manga aired on TV Tokyo on Wednesday, January 1 at 9:54 p.m. and earned a 4.6% rating. The live-action Tekken film aired on TBS on January 1 at 2:48 a.m. and earned a 2.3% rating, and The Bears' School anime film aired on NHK-E TV on Friday, January 3 at 8:10 a.m. and earned a 1.7% rating.
