The four-man rock band Sid created their new song "Enamel" for the opening theme of the Black Butler Book of Circus television anime series. The anime will premiere this July, and the song's CD single will go on sale on August 27.

Vocalist Mao commented, "We aimed to produce a song that would fit Black Butler! Sid would like to rise in unison with the Black Butler anime." He expressed the band's confidence in the song, "We're hoping fans will enjoy the worldview of 'Enamel,' too."

The band already performed the opening theme song "Monochrome no Kiss" for the first television anime (2008-2009) inspired by Yana Toboso's popular Black Butler manga. That song was also the band's major debut single. The band contributed music to Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and Magi - The Labyrinth of Magic as well.
