Both manga launched together in July 2018

The official website of Ichijinsha's Comic Zero Sum magazine revealed last Friday that Kotoari Asatani's TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION manga and Yoshimi Muneyama's A3! SUMMER manga both ended in the magazine's August issue last Friday.

The TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION manga is based on the anime series of the same name. Asatani launched the TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION manga in Comic Zero Sum in July 2018. Ichijinsha published the manga's first compiled book volume on January 25.

The TsukiPro "2.5 dimensional" franchise's TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION anime is based on four of its groups: SOARA, Growth, SolidS, and QUELL. The anime premiered in October 2017, and Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired. The anime is getting a sequel. The franchise is also getting a live-action film.

The first Tsukiuta. THE ANIMATION television anime season, based on the Tsukiuta portion of the franchise, premiered in Japan in July 2016. Funimation streamed the series as aired in Japan and released it on Blu-ray Disc. The anime will get a second season.

Muneyama launched the A3! SUMMER manga in Comic Zero Sum in July 2018. Ichijinsha published the manga's first compiled book volume on January 31. The manga is a sequel to Munyama's A3! SPRING manga.

The manga centers on Izumi Tachibana, inheriting her father's MANKAI Company stage company, and unfolding her plans to stage four shows every year to keep the company alive.

The A3! game debuted for smartphones in January 2017, reaching two million downloads within a month of its debut. The game has five million downloads as of March 2018. The app also ranked #2 in iOS game sales in Japan two times on January 9 and January 10, 2018. CYBIRD will release the game worldwide in English.

The franchise is inspiring an upcoming anime project.

The game inspired a stage play that debuted at The Galaxy Theatre in Tokyo in July 2018, and also ran in Kyoto before ending its run at The Galaxy Theatre last November. A new stage play titled Mankai Stage A3! ~Autumn & Winter 2019~ ran at the Nippon Seinenkan Hall in Tokyo from January 31 to February 11, at the Shimonoseki Community Hall in Yamaguchi on February 23 and 24, at the Umeda Arts Theater in Osaka from February 27 to March 3, and at The Galaxy Theatre in Tokyo from March 15 to March 24.
